People with MS are 2x more likely to die by suicide
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month. I will ride my 100-mile Garage Dayz on September 10, which is also World Suicide Prevention Day. I will join my Bike MS family in McMinnville on September 26. I'll ride 22 miles on my trainer and reinforce the commitment to overcome the loneliness, isolation, fear, and shame behind suicidal battles. I want my efforts to demonstrate our support for those in need and for those left behind if a fight is lost.
